We want you to love your wedding decor; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Ling's Moment boxes to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original tags.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned floral arrangements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
